Shipping and delivery

Last updated 31 August 2026

The short version: nothing is posted to you. What you buy is a course you read on this website, and it opens the moment your payment goes through — usually within a few seconds. There is no delivery charge, anywhere in the world.

There is nothing to ship

Everything sold here is read online. There is no parcel, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address to give us. We never ask where you live, because nothing has to reach you by post.

That is also why there is no delivery charge and never will be — not in Patna, not anywhere else in India, not abroad. The price you see is the price you pay.

How your course reaches you

It opens straight away. The moment the payment goes through, the whole course is yours — every lesson and every question, all at once, not released week by week.

You also get an email with a link to sign in. You do not need it to start reading on the device you paid from; it is there so you can pick the course up on your phone, your laptop, or both.

If you paid and nothing opened

This should not happen, and the site is built so that it does not. Your payment is reported to us twice — once by the browser you paid in, and once by the payment company directly. Either one on its own finishes the order. So if your phone died, your internet dropped, or you closed the page while it was still spinning, the course is still yours and the email still comes.

If something has genuinely gone wrong, do not pay again. Write to hello@minnati.com or ring the number on the contact page and we will open it for you. Money that left your account for a course that never opened is one of the things we always put right — see refunds.

Where it works

Anywhere you can sign in. A phone, a tablet, a laptop, at home or on a train — it is a website, so there is nothing to install and nothing that only runs on one machine. What you have read is remembered, so you can stop on one device and carry on from the same place on another.

Before you buy anything at all

The first two lessons of every course are free, with no card and no account. You can see the full list of everything else in the course before you spend anything, so you know exactly what is being delivered before you pay for it.

Booked sessions

A one-to-one session is not delivered either — it is a time in the diary. You choose it when you book, you get a confirmation email straight away, and the joining link comes by email before it starts. Moving or cancelling one is on the refunds page.
