Classes at the centre are in person, and you join one by ringing — nothing to fill in, and the call costs you nothing. The online courses are separate: you buy those here and start reading straight away.

Come and see the room before you decide — that is the second step for everybody. The courses are here.

Before you write, three quick things
These are the four questions we are asked most, and each of them you can fix faster than we can.
Your sign-in link has not arrived
Look in your spam or promotions folder first — that is where it is nine times out of ten. Links last an hour, so if it is an old one, ask for a fresh link from the sign-in page rather than clicking the old one.
You paid and the course has not opened
Sign out and sign back in, which is usually enough. If it still has not opened, write to us — do not pay again. We can see the payment and we will open the course by hand.
You want to use a different phone or laptop
Nothing to do. Sign in on the new device with the same email address and everything you have bought is there, along with how far you have got.
You want to talk to Minati Ma’am directly
That is a booking rather than an email — see Bookings for what is available and what it costs.
What to tell us about an order
You do not need an order number, ever. Just include:
- The email address you paid with — this is the one thing we really need, because it is how we find the payment.
- Roughly when you paid.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
A screenshot helps but is never required. Please do not send us your card number, a one-time password, or your account password — we will never ask for any of them, and anybody who does is not us.
Reporting something that looks wrong
If you find a mistake in a lesson, a question with the wrong answer, or a page that will not load, please tell us. Corrections are made by hand and go out to everybody who owns that course at no charge. Say which course and which lesson and we will find it.

If we have not put it right
Everything above reaches us and everything above gets answered. If something has gone wrong and you feel it has not been dealt with, this is the person it goes to next, by name:
Write with your name, the address you paid from and what happened. You will hear back within two working days, from a person rather than a form.
