Cancellation and refunds
Last updated 14 September 2026
The short version: read the first two lessons of any course free before you decide. Once you buy, the whole course opens straight away, so we do not refund a change of mind. If you were charged twice, or charged and did not get access, we fix it — every time, no argument.
Read it before you buy it
The first two lessons of every course are free. No card, no account, nothing to sign. They are the real lessons, and you can also see the full list of everything else in the course before you spend anything.
This is the whole reason the policy below is fair. Nobody here buys a course sight unseen.
Is there anything to cancel?
No — and that is deliberate. There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no automatic renewal. You pay once for a course and it is yours. Nothing will ever charge your card again on its own, so there is nothing you need to remember to cancel.
When we do not refund
A course opens completely the moment you pay — every lesson, every question, all at once. It cannot be handed back. So we do not give refunds for:
- Changing your mind after buying.
- Not having time to study it.
- Finding it easier or harder than you expected — which is what the free lessons are there to tell you beforehand.
- Buying the wrong course by mistake, once you have started reading it. Tell us quickly and before you begin, though, and see below.
When we always refund
These are our mistakes, not yours, and you should never have to argue for them:
- You were charged twice for the same course.
- Money left your account and the course did not open.
- You were charged for something you did not buy.
- The course will not work and we cannot fix it for you.
- You bought the wrong course and tell us before you have got into it — we will swap it or refund it.
In every one of these cases the money goes back in full. We do not deduct a fee and we do not offer credit instead of money unless you would prefer it.
Booked sessions
A one-to-one session is different from a course, because the time is held for you and nobody else can have it.
- Moving it yourself — your confirmation email carries a “Need a different time?” link, and that moves the appointment without asking anybody. If it will not let you — because the time is close, or you have moved it before — write to us and we will move it for you.
- Cancelling — write to us. There is no cancel button, and that is on purpose: we would rather find you another time than lose the appointment altogether.
- More than 24 hours before — a full refund if you would rather not rebook.
- Less than 24 hours before — we will always try to move it, but we cannot promise a refund.
- You do not turn up — no refund, because the time was spent.
- We have to cancel, for any reason at all — full refund, or a new time, whichever you prefer.
How to ask
Write to hello@minnati.com and tell us:
- The email address you used to pay.
- Roughly when you paid, and what for.
- What went wrong.
You do not need an order number. We can find the payment from your email address.
Please ask within 7 days of the payment where you can. Later than that we will still look, but a bank will not always let us reverse an old payment.
How long it takes
We reply to a refund request within 2 working days, and usually much faster.
Once we approve it, the money goes back to the card or account you paid from — we cannot send it anywhere else, and that is a rule of the payment system rather than ours. Your bank then takes 5 to 7 working days to show it. That last stretch is the bank's and we cannot speed it up; if it has been longer than that, tell us and we will chase it with the payment provider.
If you think this is unfair
Write and say so, and a person will read it. A policy is a starting point, not a wall. If something has genuinely gone wrong for you and it is not on the list above, we would still rather hear about it than have you feel cheated.
